The Caye Caulker Condos are brand new for the 2004-2005 season, and feature a roof-top palapa and private verandahs, both with great Caribbean views. 

Each unit is furnished with a queen-size bed, bedside tables, sitting area with futon, private bath, fully equipped kitchen with a small dining area,  air conditioning, tiled floors, ceiling fans, and mahogany furniture hand-made by local craftsmen.).

Auxillou Beach Suites are also direct beachfront, and feature four one-bedroom suites with efficiency kitchens, dining/living areas, separate bedroom with king-sized bed, private bath, air conditioning, verandahs, cable television and private phones.

De Real Macaw, another Caye Caulker beachfront property, includes guesthouse room and a two-bedroom condo. 

Guesthouse units offer large rooms with daily maid service, refrigerator, coffee maker, ceiling fan, private bath with hot/cold water, air conditioning, cable TV, and thatch-roofed verandahs with hammocks and Adirondack chairs.
