The Crow's Nest
is a self-contained house located next door to The Captain's
House in the northern part of Placencia Village. Both The
Crow's Nest and The Captain's House are about 200 feet from the
edge of the Caribbean.
The Crow's Nest has a
separate bedroom with a combination living/dining/kitchen area
in front (with futon couch), full bath, air conditioning,
hammock and porch furniture.
Casa del
Sol
is a beautiful seafront 4-bedroom/4-bath villa located just north of
Placencia Village.
Amenities
include a private beachfront swimming pool, full gourmet kitchen,
ground-level loggia with large dining area, a/c in the bedrooms,
on-premises caretaker, and complimentary use of bikes.
Within very
easy walking or biking distance from Placencia Village and Turtle Inn.
Please note: services
and goods in Belize are subject to a 12.5%
general sales tax (GST). Hotels/resorts must charge a 9% hotel tax
on accommodations.
By law, all rates quoted for goods and services must include the GST, but
quoted hotel room rates need not include the hotel tax. All of our package rates include both
GST and hotel taxes. As required by law, rates for tours quoted on our
Website include the 12.5% GST. Many hotels and resorts also
impose a service charge. We have included service charges in package
rates unless specifically stated otherwise.
